Most members of the firm have over 10 years experience and permanent State Certifications are held in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Arizona and Nevada. Designations held within our office include MAI, CRE, SGA and CCIM.

Property types valued on a regular basis include multi-family properties for conventional lenders and extensive work with HUD, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and other restricted rental programs. The firm has experience in medical, retail, office, industrial, vacant land and a wide range of special-use properties including golf courses.
