The Gerald A. Teel Company has provided real estate counseling and appraisal services to developers, corporations, major financial institutions, insurance companies, governmental agencies and law firms since 1983. With have an office in Houston, Texas that complete appraisals on more than 400 properties on an annual basis, throughout the United States.

Most members of the firm have over 10 years experience and are State Certified. Four individuals hold the MAI designation, two have the CCIM and one the CRE.

Property types valued on a regular basis include multi-family properties for conventional lenders and extensive work with HUD, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and other restricted rental programs. The firm has experience in medical, retail, office, industrial, vacant land and a wide range of special-use properties including golf courses. In addition, our firm has professionals with extensive experience in valuation for eminent domain and other litigation issues.
