Links and Land Valuations is a division of the Gerald A. Teel Company. Links and land Valuations was formed in 1999 to specialize in the appraisal, consulting and brokerage of golf courses and residential developments. The principals have performed over 300 appraisals of golf courses and residential developments over the past fifteen years. The primary service area would include the state of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico with special expertise in residential developments in the Houston metropolitan area.
